We have a large ‘toolbox’ and can use various flexible and holistic approaches based on the persons needs. Our holistic approaches also include hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic intervention.
Unlike a physical illness, Mental Health difficulties can be difficult to diagnose but can feel just as bad.
Mental illness refers to a wide range of mental health condition disorders that can affect your mood, thinking and behaviour causing difficulties such as, depression, anxiety and PTSD.
